Yes — most of our consultants operate on a freelance/self-employed basis, giving you more freedom and control. We’ll guide you on how best to structure this if you’re new to consultancy. 

We make payments directly and securely, removing the delays often seen with commission-based roles. Consultants are rewarded fairly for their work and may also receive bonus payments for outstanding project outcomes.

Our network spans across the UK and wider Europe and MENA. Depending on your expertise and flexibility, we can match you with projects close to home or in new regions if you’re open to travel.
