The business is co-founded by Liam Hopper, whose relationship with the LEICHT brand spans a lifetime. Raised within a family that operated LEICHT UK for over 40 years, Liam’s understanding of the product, the manufacturer, and the market goes far beyond a conventional commercial partnership.
Over his career, Liam has built and led record-breaking showroom networks, operated up to eight flagship locations, and scaled businesses from start-up through to multi-multi-million-pound enterprises, delivering thousands of kitchens annually across retail, contract, and development sectors.
His expertise covers luxury residential, developer-led projects, national and international contracts, and organisational growth. Widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable figures in the architectural kitchen sector, Liam has earned long-standing respect from employees, collaborators, and industry professionals around the world.
The Visionary behind Tsunami consulting: Unveiling the Founder's Story
Liam Hopper’s career in kitchens began at just 15, learning the trade within his family business before opening his first showroom at the age of 23. Over the following decade, he built The Kitchen Group (UK) into one of the country’s largest independent networks, expanding to seven luxury German kitchen showrooms.
He went on to co-found LEICHT Contracts UK, supplying national housebuilders with almost 1,000 kitchens annually and securing an order book approaching £30 million. By the age of 35, Liam had successfully sold his businesses to Nolte Küchen GmbH, one of Europe’s largest and most respected kitchen brands.
Today, Liam focuses on sharing his proven strategies and real-world expertise to help others achieve the same level of growth and success in the competitive KBB sector Worldwide.
